I attended the survey and I found Simon to be very knowledgeable on the subject, able to communicate clearly to me the details of what he was doing and why, in terms that I could understand easily. He was very thorough, providing me with feedback on the boat condition on the day and in the written report within a very short timeframe. He attended the test sail with me carried out on the same day, providing me with his observations on the condition of the sails etc. and trying out the various onboard systems.
